Q: Why all the questions about Obama being a citizen?
A: It has nothing to do with whether Obama is a U.S. Citizen or not. He is a U.S. Citizen because his mother was a U.S. citizen. It has to do with the qualification of a citizen if that citizen wants to be President.
Q: What is a natural born citizen?
A: According to the U.S. Constitution and Supreme Court case law and a current Resolution of the Senate on April 10, 2008, a natural born citizen is a person where BOTH parents were U.S. Citizens at the time of the birth and that person was born on U.S. Territory.
Q: What if Obama was born in Kenya?
A: If Obama was born in Kenya then he is still only a Naturalized Citizen and not eligible to be President.
Q: Why isn't Obama a natural born citizen?
A: Obama's father was a citizen of Kenya. Because BOTH of Obama's parents were not U.S. Citizens at the time of his birth, Obama is only a Naturalized Citizen; not a Natural Born Citizen and therefore not eligible to serve as President.
Q: Is it possible for an ineligible candidate to be on the ballot running for POTUS?
A: Unfortunately, most states have no method by which they verify any candidate's eligibility for POTUS prior to placing their name on the ballots. There were actually three ineligible presidential candidates on the ballot in 2008. It's just against the Constitution if Congress certifies an ineligible candidate.
Q: Is it possible for there to be an ineligible President Elect?
A: Yes. The 20th Amendment to the Constitution states what is to happen in the event there is an ineligible President Elect.
Q: Why is Obama not telling the truth?
A: Obama has already told the truth. Obama is a lawyer; He said his father was a Kenyan. He's not going to say that his father was not a U.S. Citizen. He's not going to tell you that he is only a naturalized citizien. He's not going to tell you that he is ineligible for POTUS. He knows he is naturalized and ineligible. By him stating that his father was a Kenyan, he has admitted that he is naturalized and ineligible to serve as POTUS.
Q: Why does Obama state that the constitution is flawed and needs to be changed?
A: Obama has stated this because the Constitution doesn't fit his desire to be POTUS.
Q: Why did the DNC not ensure that Obama was eligible?
A: The DNC wanted to ensure they won the vote and were willing to bet all odds that the People would be deceived by their incompetence. They also were willing to bet that the Electoral College would vote for an ineligible candidate. They also were willing to bet that Congress would not contest the Electoral College votes for Obama and certify Obama in spite of the fact that he is ineligible. They were also willing to bet that the U.S. Supreme Court Justices would not defend the constitution and overturn Congress on their certification of an ineligible President Elect.
Q: Does the Constitution require Congress to only approve Electoral Votes that meet all requirements as stated in the Constitution?
A: Yes. See "The Answer" page on this site to see what has to be done to contest the Electoral Votes.
Q: Will Congress uphold their sworn oath?
A: This is up to you.
Q: What can I do?
A: You should contact your Senators and Representatives to let them know you expect them to only certify eligible candidates for President Elect. They should contest every Electoral College vote for any candidate that does not meet all the requirements for POUTS, especially in regard to natural born citizen where BOTH parents are required to be U.S. Citizens.
Q: What else can I do?
A: You should spread the word regarding the information on this web-site to every person you know and have them also contact their Congressional Members. The more pressure Congress receives from the People, the more probability there will be that they will uphold our Constitution.
Q: What's next?
A: Be watching on January 8, 2009 to see if Congress upholds their sworn oath. If not, then we'll have to wait for the U.S. Supreme Court to see if they will uphold their oath. The Supreme Court is currently holding onto one case before them and another one is scheduled for conference on January 9th and another one on the 16th.
