Re: You should have certified only eligible Electoral Votes on January 8, 2009
The U.S. Constitution requires a President Elect to be a "natural born Citizen". A natural born citizen is one whose BOTH parents are U.S. Citizens. Barack Obama has already told the truth that his father was a Kenyan; not an American Citizen. This makes Barack Hussein Obama II ineligible to serve as President per the Constitution and Supreme Court caselaw. See the web‑site www.TimeToTellTheTruth.net for more details.
All it takes is one Senator and one Representative to jointly submit an objection to an Electoral College vote on January 8th when both Houses are convened for the purpose of certifying a President Elect.
Please uphold your sworn duty and oath to the Constitution and object to any and all electoral votes that do not meet the eligibility requirements for President according to Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of our Constitution.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution:
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
